Park Rules Designed for a Safe and Peaceful Stay
We want every guest to enjoy a clean, quiet, and respectful environment. Our park rules help maintain a safe and comfortable setting for everyone.
- 5 MPH SPEED LIMIT………..STRICTLY ENFORCED
- GUESTS must use right hand lane to register at office and pay in advance.
- We are gated ….no one comes in without a gate code. Do Not share your gate code or you will be asked to leave.
- Owner reserves the right to stay and number of persons per site.
- Keep the restrooms clean and orderly. No laundry or dishwashing. PERSONAL HYGIENE ONLY.
- NO SMOKING IN ANY BUILDING.
- Keep your campsite litter free, including cigarettes.
- Place trash in trash bins at office.
- Vehicles must be parked at your site, not in roadway. DO NOT PARK IN ROADWAY AT ANYTIME!
- No washing R.V.’s or vehicles in the park.
- Intoxication will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed ONLY AT YOUR SITE.
- NIGHT OWLS AND EARLY BIRDS; QUIET HOURS 10:30PM -7:30AM.
- Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult in restrooms, laundry & main bldg.
- No walking between sites. Respect your neighbors privacy. Please walk on roads.
- SEWER HOSES MUST BE FASTENED TIGHTLY USING A THREADED CONNECTOR, RIGID ELBOW OR DONUT. PLEASE REPLACE WHEN LEAVING.
- PETS must be on a short leash at all times. You must clean up your pets poop. Pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside the R.V. NO NOISY DOGS, NO PETS IN BLDGS.
- Due to Insurance Restrictions certain dog breeds with a history of aggression cannot be accepted, including Doberman, PitBull,Rottweiler, ChowChow and German Shepherd.
- GENERATORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY TIME.
- MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR INJURIES OR LOSSES FROM ANY CAUSE. MANAGEMENT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OR FOR ACCIDENTS OF ANY NATURE.
